1. Plans and automatic renewal
DraftAhead Pro is offered for $10 per month or $99 per year unless a different localized price is clearly displayed before checkout. The monthly plan automatically renews every month and the annual plan automatically renews every year until canceled.
Before checkout, you must separately authorize recurring charges for the plan you select. Paddle, DraftAhead's merchant of record, charges your payment method and handles applicable transaction taxes.
2. AI processing is included
AI processing needed for DraftAhead's advertised classification and drafting features is included in your DraftAhead subscription. You do not need a separate AI provider account or API key, and you will not receive a separate AI provider bill for using DraftAhead.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel from the Billing button in DraftAhead, which opens Paddle's customer portal. A normal subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access through that date and will not be charged for the next period.
If the portal is unavailable, email [email protected] from your account email before the renewal date. Include enough time for us to verify and process the request.
4. Account deletion
Deleting your DraftAhead account is different from a normal end-of-period cancellation. Account deletion immediately ends DraftAhead access and requests immediate cancellation of any active Paddle subscription so that billing does not continue after the account is gone. Any refund resulting from immediate cancellation is determined by Paddle, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction.
5. Refunds and billing errors
Except where required by law or expressly approved by Paddle or DraftAhead, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges promptly through Paddle support or [email protected]. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method where possible.
6. Price changes and failed payments
We or Paddle will provide notice of subscription price changes as required by law. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Failed payments may be retried and access may be paused or ended until payment succeeds.
