Disconnect Gmail
Open the DraftAhead dashboard, find Mailbox settings, and choose Disconnect. DraftAhead attempts to revoke its Google refresh token. After revocation succeeds, it deletes the encrypted credential and removes locally stored Gmail metadata, classifications, style profiles, rules, and operational records for the mailbox. If revocation temporarily fails, automation is disabled and cleanup is retried in the background.
Disconnecting does not delete your Gmail messages, existing labels, or drafts already stored in Gmail. You can also revoke DraftAhead directly from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
Turn off Calendar-assisted drafting
Open Mailbox settings → Scheduling & availability in the DraftAhead dashboard and turn off Use Calendar availability in scheduling drafts. Choose Save mailbox settings to apply the change. DraftAhead will stop using Calendar data for future drafts. To revoke the permission itself, disconnect Google in DraftAhead or remove DraftAhead from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
AI processing
DraftAhead uses its managed OpenAI service for classification and drafting, so there is no customer API credential to add or remove. Disconnect Gmail or delete your DraftAhead account to stop future processing of that mailbox.
Manage or cancel billing
Choose Billing in DraftAhead to open Paddle's customer portal. There you can update payment details and schedule cancellation for the end of the current billing period. See the Subscription & Refund Policy.
Delete your DraftAhead account
Open account and data controls →
Use the Delete DraftAhead account control in the dashboard or subscription page. You must enter the displayed confirmation phrase. Deletion immediately ends access, requests immediate cancellation of any active Paddle subscription, attempts to revoke Gmail access, and deletes your DraftAhead user and workspace data.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Information already stored in Gmail remains in Gmail. Paddle and DraftAhead may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and legal records where required.
Access or correction requests
Most account information and settings are visible in the dashboard. For additional access or correction requests, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity.
