Create your DraftAhead account
Create your account first, then choose when to connect Gmail.
- 1. Connect Google
- 2. First mailbox sync
Before Google asks for permission
- Gmail accessRead recent Gmail messages and metadata, create or change DraftAhead labels, and create reviewable drafts.
- AI processingTransmit relevant email content through DraftAhead's managed AI service to organize messages and prepare drafts.
- Data storageStore Gmail metadata, classifications, preferences, and an encrypted active-draft copy; full message bodies are otherwise discarded after processing. You can separately opt in to encrypted evaluation snapshots when you correct or review a classification.
DraftAhead never sends, archives, deletes, or marks messages as read. You can disconnect at any time; DraftAhead disables mailbox automation immediately and completes local data cleanup after Google access is revoked. Google Calendar access is optional and is requested separately only if you choose live scheduling availability. See Google Data Use, Privacy, and Data Controls.
